We only deliver within the EU, NOT to Switzerland and Norway and since the BREXIT also not to England.

Shipping<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Shipping days<\/strong> are Monday<\/strong>, Wednesday<\/strong> and Friday.<\/strong>
We ship all packages in the categories Small, Medium, Standard and Large by DPD.
Parcels in the Heavy category are transported by UPS.
Extra heavy deliveries are made by a forwarding agent, the shipping costs must be requested in advance.
For the shipping classes Heavy and Extra Heavy abroad, please ask for the shipping costs.<\/p>\n

Tracking information is automatically emailed by the respective shipping service provider once the package has been scanned at the distribution center.<\/strong>
Please do NOT ask us for the tracking number!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Parking permit and transport damage
<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Despite the best packaging, transport damage occurs from time to time. The deliverers are not squeamish with the parcels, there are times when it goes haywire.<\/p>\n

What many do not know:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • If transport damage is not reported immediately to the deliverer, a notice of damage is de facto ineffective.<\/strong> The package was accepted as undamaged from the shipping service provider’s point of view. No insurance will help, as it only pays out in the case of loss or gross, obvious damage.<\/li>\n
  • A delivery permit completely releases the deliverer from his obligation to prove that the package was delivered.<\/strong> And of course, you can’t file a claim if you don’t receive the package in person. In this case, the insurance does not pay at all<\/strong>, even if the package has not arrived.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    So please accept your package personally and check it for damage in the presence of the delivery person. <\/strong>
    Captain Guitar Lounge does not accept claims for damages that cannot be passed on to the shipping service provider due to formal errors.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Shipping insurance<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    All parcels are sent insured for the value of the goods.
    For parcels in the Heavy and Extra Heavy shipping classes abroad, there may be additional costs for insurance, please inquire by email.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Minimum order value<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    The minimum order value<\/strong> is 25,- Euro<\/strong> (gross value of goods) plus. Shipping costs. Lower amounts are rounded up.<\/p>\n

    Intra-Community supplies and VAT refund for supplies to non-EU countries<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

    The German tax legislation is so complicated and the effort for above mentioned deliveries is extremely high, that we have to charge a handling fee of 40,- Euro<\/strong> per transaction.<\/p>\n
