With the sound flexibility of the Marshall TSL 60 combo, three channels with their own gain and volume control, deep switching, tone shift basic sound switching and independent tone controls for the clean channel and the overdrive section, the Marshall TSL 601 is the transportable jack-of-all-trades among the JCM 2000 combos. Together with Celestion, Marshall has created the Wolverine speaker series especially for the two 60-watt combo models, which are characterized by a majestically broad frequency spectrum. The Marshall TSL 601 uses the 80 watt H version of the Wolverine.<\/p>\n

The arrangement of the controls on the front panel of the 60 watt TSLs is unusual – and particularly effective! In addition to precise volume control for the three channels, it enables separate tuning of the basic sounds for clean or distorted sounds, without an overloaded user interface. The basic sounds are tuned in such a way that the common tone control for crunch and lead always sounds good in practice and simplifies the intuitive operation of the amp considerably.<\/p>\n

The decisive factor is that an amp always sounds official in live operation, is flexible and ready for use and connection and always works reliably. Only the highest quality components are used for the TSLs. The workmanship of Marshall tube amps is legendary – their welded chassis, the pinned cabinets and the mechanical construction, which has been tested live many times, is a guarantee for reliability in tough stage use.<\/p>\n
