This Brook Creedy<\/strong><\/a> is exactly the instrument that Florian Opahle<\/strong><\/a> on the Acoustic Tour 2009, 2010 and 2011 of Jethro Tull<\/strong><\/a> played.
\nThe Creedy originally came from Ian Anderson’s private collection, who then gave it to Florian Opahle in December 2009.
\nA Fishman pickup was subsequently installed for the tour. (enclosed)
\nThe Brook Creedy is modeled on the Washburn Parlour from 1920.
\nThe Creedy comes with the original Proof of Authenticity, photos and a Jethro Tull backstage pass.<\/p>\n

You’re right with the date – it was the fourth guitar we completed in March 1997.<\/em><\/div>\n
We weren’t recording as many details about the guitars that went out back then but I’m pretty sure that was one we made for stock and sold to Ian. <\/em><\/div>\n
Does it look like a dark mahogany?
\nWe remember the back and sides were made of reclaimed Jarrah boards. <\/em><\/div>\n
The following month we completed a travel guitar for Martin Barre, the Creedy was the first of quite a few guitars we made for Ian.<\/em><\/div>\n
