Rock N Roll Relics was founded in 2005 by Jetboy guitarist Billy Rowe in San Francisco. Drawing on his years of experience as a touring musician and guitar technician, as well as his extensive contacts with boutique manufacturers of guitars, amps and pickups, the company initially started out of a garage. Particular attention, as the name suggests, has always been paid to relicing, artificially aging the look and feel of an instrument that has been played for years. Underneath the peeling varnish and vintage look, however, are the highest quality materials, from which instruments are made to custom shop standards in first-class craftsmanship. Avid users of Billy Rowe’s instruments today include Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day and Rick Nielsen of Cheap Trick.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
