Buddy from Augsburg brought his Fender ’68 Custom Deluxe Reverb to us. He actually likes the amp a lot, but wished there was a way to switch between channels via footswitch. Also, each channel should be given a master so that the distortion level and volume of the channels can be adjusted independently.
For a better overview the custom channel has got chickenhead knobs and two LEDs show which channel is currently active.
Also, he was not happy with the tremolo. So we converted to bias tremolo. This circuit produces a rounder and deeper volume modulation like the Tweed and Brownface amps.
