A cool Fender Jazzmaster from 1963 from 1st owner!!!
The owner's first band was "the rythmicals", the singer was Joy Fleming's brother.
With the 2nd band "The Steelman Brothers" the guitar was on stage with "Hazy Osterwald" and at an event in Mannheim with "Ivan Rebroff".
The body (ash) was refinished about 20 years ago at the munich Repair Shop (was probably blond before), the neck got a matching headstock refin.
In addition, the holes were expertly sealed by 5 additional tuners (known Tielman mod).
Today, the instrument is technically and visually coherent, and all relevant parts function perfectly.
Thanks to the original Black Bottom Jazzmaster pickups, it delivers the typical, open and powerful Jazzmaster sound - warm, broad and full of character.
The instrument weighs 3764 grams and plays excellently with comfortable action.
A genuine vintage Jazzmaster with mojo, history and top playability.
