The Höfner 500/1 Violin Bass was presented at the Frankfurt Music Fair in 1956 and has been in continuous production ever since. The bass achieved world fame as Paul McCartneybassist of the Beatles since the early 1960s. Beatlesperformed with it. Today, the 500/1 is offered in a whole range of models.
