2021 Guild – A-150 Savoy Blond – handcrafted in Korea – ID 3459

The Guild A-150 Savoy Blond is a real jazz guitar.
This hollowbody guitar (i.e. without sustain block) is equipped with a solid spruce top and maple back and sides (flamed maple). The DeArmond Rhythm Chief 1100 pickup with its adjustable polepieces delivers exactly the warm jazz tone that has shaped and defined this genre. Volume and tone controls are almost invisible on the outside of the pickguard. The classic blonde finish contrasts beautifully with the ivory binding. The A-150 Savoy catapults you back to an era that is also reflected in the model name: Stompin' at the Savoy!
