This Brook Creedy is exactly the instrument that Florian Opahle on the Acoustic Tour 2009, 2010 and 2011 of Jethro Tull played.
The Creedy originally came from Ian Anderson's private collection, who then gave it to Florian Opahle in December 2009.
A Fishman pickup was subsequently installed for the tour. (enclosed)
The Brook Creedy is modeled on the Washburn Parlour from 1920.
The Creedy comes with the original Proof of Authenticity, photos and a Jethro Tull backstage pass.
Solid Spruce Top
Jarrah Back and Sides
Mahogany Neck
Ebony Fretboard 19 Frets
Ebony Bridge
Bone Nut and Saddle
1470 grams
Currently strung in Nashville tuning, as Florian last strung it in the Redboxx studios for recordings.
So it has exactly the Tull sound as you know it.
We can restring the guitar in normal tuning on request.
From the Captain Collection
Email from Simon:
We remember the back and sides were made of reclaimed Jarrah boards.
