The Firebird has been in the Gibson range since 1963 and was originally only fitted with P-90 or Mini Humbuckers.
The most famous Firebird player was probably Johnny Winter.
These days, you're more likely to see the firebird in alternative rock bands.

The guitar comes from first hand and has slight signs of use.
The frets are tiptop.
