2009 Marshall – JVM 205 H – Captain Mod, retolex in green – ID 5433

Equipped with the popular JVM205 Captain Mod and in eye-catching Green Tolex, this JVM205H presents itself as a sonically and visually individual specimen.
The amp offers the full power of the legendary Marshall sound with two channels and flexible sound options - here in the "Full Cabin Mod" version without a gain switch (Low Gain version), which results in a more open, classic dynamic response. No Master Mod.

The amp has been technically overhauled: Power switch replaced, new matched TAD E34L-JJ power amp tubes, and V2 & V3 TAD ECC83-JJ (RT003) provide reliable performance and fresh tone. There is a slight mains transformer hum in the device, but of course this is not audible in the output.
