The Grand Auditorium is the most versatile body shape from Taylor and is equally suitable for a wide range of playing techniques.
The Builders Edition features Taylor V-Class bracing, which provides higher volume, extended sustain and improved intonation. The back and sides made of Urban Ash give the guitar powerful basses, warm mids and brilliance in the trebles.
The mahogany top also provides a warm tone.
The rounded contours, the armrest and the beveled cutaway allow comfortable playability up to the highest positions.
The Shaded Edge Burst in satin also reduces noise that can be caused by friction against the body.
The pickup used is Taylor's own active ES2 dynamic piezo system with bass, treble and volume controls.
