We are extremely proud to present this 1958 ES-335 from the first year of production of this legendary Gibson.
This exceptional instrument is in remarkable mint condition, is very original and comes in its original 4-latch lifton case. (Built like a Fortress)
We have checked all parts, see Captain Guitar Checkup, only we have not removed the potentiometers but only endoscoped them.
An ES-335 in this condition is an absolute rarity.

This 1958 delivers enormous dynamics with the slightest change in touch. Tight, articulate low-end and airy, woody mids.
The PAF pickups convince with depth and clarity.
Clean: warm, complex, almost acoustic.
Overdrive: carrying, defined, never harsh.

The model combined the tonal openness of a hollowbody with the feedback resistance of a solidbody.
