1960 Gibson – ES 355 TDC – ID 3922

It has now been eight years since
Paul Vincent
passed away.
We were able to sell many of his instruments and amplifiers in the Guitar Lounge and now we can also offer this fine piece.
This ES-355 has probably been in Paul's possession since the 70s and has undergone many changes over the years.
DiMarzio pickups were installed, but the original PAFs were still there and were reinstalled (now mono and out of phase)
The Varitone switch is missing. The Bigsby is also no longer there.
Potis, socket and caps are not original. The toggle switch is original, the tuners have been replaced.

The look of the guitar is unique, the Cherry Red finish is still rich red and only slightly faded, with wafer-thin crackles covering the entire body.
The playability is very good and the old PAFs sound great.
Here you get an original relic at a fair price, no Murphy Lab!!!
