Rare Fender Stratocaster from 1967 in sunburst with large headstock and transition decal.
Very few Strats were made in 1967, as production was concentrated on the new Coronado models.
The guitar has factory-installed black bottom pickups, which Fender only did on a few models in '67 and '73 after 1964.
It has signs of wear commensurate with its age and the medium C neck feels silky. The neck is stamped AUG 67.
