1993 Höfner – 477 E1 – ID 3349

Very well preserved Höfner archtop guitar from 1993.
According to the label, the rare model 477/E1 was built in West Germany.
The floating pickup from Shadow (Attila Zoller model) is ideal for jazz.
The piezo under the bridge delights the Oberkrainer faction.
The 3-way toggle switch allows both pickups to be combined with each other.
The volume and tone controls provide further sound variations.
Visually, the lady is a real beauty with a base and frame made of flamed curly maple.
The three-tone sunburst finish shows only minimal signs of use and makes the German spruce top shine.
The slim D-profile neck and the setup with .010 - .048 string gauge offer a buttery soft feel.
