1998 Fender – California Precision Bass Special BSB – ID 6190

The Fender California Series was produced for only a short time between 1997 and 1998. The California Precision Bass Special is the highly sought-after, U.S.-made successor to the Fender Plus Bass, which also featured a Jazz Bass pickup in the bridge position alongside the Precision pickup. The pickups can be blended using individual volume controls and their tone adjusted with a master tone pot.
A unique feature here is the use of solid ash as the body material.

The condition is exceptionally good for its age; there are a few minor imperfections. The frets are still in very good condition.
