2006 VOX – AC 30 Brian May Custom Ltd. ed. No. 103 of 500 pieces worldwide – ID 5468

Together with Brian May has VOX designed an AC-30 that is sonically tailored to the wishes of the Queen guitarist. The classic pre-top boost circuit is combined with a switchable germanium treble booster. The top control panel only has a volume control (and on/off, stand-by), nothing else.
On the rear panel there are switches and controls to activate the treble booster, to minimize the amp from 30W to 15W and a retrofitted control to throttle the output power (power scaling).
The AC30BM, which was only available from 2006-2007, is mostly hand wired, with the exception of the treble booster, which is mounted on a printed circuit board on the rear panel.

The amplifier comes from the first owner and is in almost new condition
