Here we have a real insider tip in German amp history: the Stramp 2100A, built by Peter Strüven in Hamburg. In the 70s, Stramp amps were regarded as the German answer to Marshall and Hiwatt - uncompromising, loud and with their own character.
No wonder legends like Uli Jon Roth, the Scorpions and Frank Diez appreciated this amp for its powerful, creamy tube sound.
Also with Jack BruceJohn Entwistle, Leslie West, James Last and Rory Gallagher Stramp Amps were spotted back then.
Freshly serviced, cap job and fitted with new KT77 tubes - ready for live, stage or studio use.
70s amp, the year of construction was estimated.
