Fender Stratocaster from 1965 (early CBS era with pre-CBS specs) in classic 3-tone sunburst, clearly faded over the decades and visually close to a 2-tone.
Three-piece alder body, maple neck with Rio rosewood fingerboard (CITES available). Transition logo with 4 patent numbers.
The Grey Bottom pickups date back to April 19, 1965 and deliver the typical transparent mid-60s Strat tone with a clear response and defined dynamics.
Electrically equipped with a practical 5-way switch, the original 3-way switch is included. Volume pot with treble bleed.
2023 professionally refretted, technically very playable, great response.
Significant signs of wear, heavily faded finish, probably partially oversprayed. All in all, an authentic instrument with an honest patina.
Includes original Fender case.
