Handbuilt by Roger Borys
This 1983 Borys BG-100 comes from a first collector's hand and is one of Roger Borys' early instruments.
Developed from his close collaboration with the legendary archtop master Jimmy D'Aquisto.
At that time, Borys guitars were not sold regularly in stores, but only to selected guitar teachers and endorsers.
Early specimens like this one are correspondingly rare, especially in Europe.
Made entirely by hand in Burlington Vermont. Here a videoshowing the elaborate creation of a Borys guitar.
Equipped with Kent Armstrong pickups . Warm, open archtop sound - jazz, blues.
An absolutely rare collector's item. Dated and signed by Roger Borys in the body.
With a guitar of this quality, you are definitely playing in a different league!
