2003 PRS – McCarty – Hollowbody I – ID 6238

This extremely lightweight 2003 Paul Reed Smith Goldtop McCarty Hollowbody I weighs just 2,412 grams on a precision scale.
It is completely hollow except for a mahogany connecting block carved out of the body under the wrap around bridge.
It was played a lot and has a few dings and dents on the body and neck; the frets still look very good.
The tailpiece/bridge was replaced with an ABM (bell brass) model, and the tuners were replaced with newer PRS parts.
