Nik Huber Guitars is a renowned German electric guitar manufacturer based in Rodgau (Hesse). The company was founded in 1996 by Nik Huber, whose family has a four-generation tradition in woodworking and carpentry.
Each year, a small team of skilled craftsmen produces approximately 350 to 400 handcrafted instruments.
A focus on uncompromising quality, fine woods (such as flamed maple, mahogany, or Rio rosewood), and a combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern precision technology (such as CNC milling for preliminary work).
Among its customers and fans worldwide are Kirk Hammett (Metallica), Klaus Meine (Scorpions), Andreas “Kuddel” von Holst (Die Toten Hosen), Darryl Jones (Rolling Stones), members of the Foo Fighters, and Paul Reed Smith.

This Twangmeister—the name says it all (it's a relative of the Telecaster)—is in very good condition; it has only slight signs of wear (unfortunately, black is an unforgiving color in this regard), and the frets are still in very good shape.
