The Ibanez Studio Series of the late 70s is one of the highest quality Japanese solidbody guitars of the time.
The ST300 was only built from 1978 to 1980 and is rather rare to find today.
This example from 1979 comes in a classic natural finish with ash/maple body and a set-neck construction.
The extensive electronics are particularly interesting: two tri-sound switches expand the V-2 Humbucker with additional sound options and make this studio guitar extremely versatile.
A MIJ guitar with a strong character from the golden Ibanez era.
