Rare and sought-after Fender Stratocaster from 1984 in the eye-catching marble finish, better known as the "Bowling Ball".
This special finish was introduced by Fender in response to the increasingly extravagant look of the early 80s - and only remained in the program for a very short time.
In total, only around 300 instruments were produced, of which around 225 were Stratocasters. The Gold/Silver/White Swirl color variant shown here is particularly rare, with only 37 examples built.
In terms of sound, the guitar delivers the classic Strat single-coil sound - clear, wiry and assertive.
Exceptional, very well-preserved collector's item, extremely rare.
