1980 Fender – The Strat – Pacific Blue – ID 5323

A Fender rarity from the early 80s: This "The Strat" from 1980 comes in a beautiful Pacific Blue finish with matching headstock - a real eye-catcher.

The model "The Strat" was Fender's high-end Stratocaster at the time and introduced some exclusive features, including gold-plated hardware and a special 2-way rotary switch that enabled additional switching and thus a total of 9 pickup combinations.
At the same time, some classic pre-CBS features returned, including the smaller headstock, quad neck bolt-on and the removal of the bullet-style truss rod adjustment.

This guitar comes with the original Fender molded case. The tremolo lever is missing, an aluminum shield foil in the compartment has been removed, otherwise it is in good condition.
Comes with a new re-fret!
