The Japanese Fender Strats from the mid-1980s were of far superior quality to what was available from the U.S. at the time.
This 1987 Fender MIJ Stratocaster combines the outstanding build quality of the Fujigen era with a real standout feature: the factory-installed Kahler Fulcrum tremolo, which is significantly rarer than classic tremolo systems.
The maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard and a flat 14" radius provides a modern, fast playing feel. Thanks to the recent setup, the guitar plays great and is ready to go right away.
A versatile, very well-preserved MIJ Strat with character, perfect playability, and an unusual factory feature.
