1980 Gibson – ES 335 Pro – Dirty Finger Pickups – ID 3251

The ES-335 Pro could be found in the Gibson price list between 1979 and 1981. Their biggest difference to the conventional ES-335 was the pickups. The "Dirty Fingers" without caps with more output promised more rock, less jazz. The trapeze tailpiece has also been replaced by a stoptail bridge.
It has the laminated maple body, three-piece maple neck, 22 frets, 14° headstock angle and rosewood fingerboard in common with the ES-335 of the early 80s.
