1986 Marshall – Studio 15 Model 4001 + Celestion G12M Greenback – ID 6128

Small, unusual, and now quite legendary: The Marshall Studio 15 Model 4001 dates back to the mid-1980s and is one of the rarer Marshall models.
Instead of the big 50- or 100-watt powerhouses, this one features a compact 15-watt amp—a power amp with 2x 6V6 tubes, which was quite an unusual combination for Marshall back then.
Our unit was upgraded with a Celestion G12M Greenback. According to the date code, the speaker dates back to 2006 and gives this little Marshall a touch of that classic Greenback vibe.
