2016 Captain Amps – M-18P Combo – Custom Color – ID 5418

The Captain Amps M18P Combo was the very first Captain Amp, with which the idea of combining classic British sounds with more flexibility and stage suitability was born.
Handmade in Germany, with great attention to detail - each piece is unique. The amp that started it all.

Inspired by Jim Marshall's early 18- & 20-watt amps, the M18P offers two independent channels:

Channel 1: pure 18-watt tone with classic dynamics
Channel 2: JTM-like gain sound with expressive tone control (treble, middle, bass) and master volume

Modification: Powersoak has been removed and replaced by a fixed PPIMV. PPIMV circuit for gain channel has been removed. Gain Master is a pre-phase inverter, classic Marshall
-> Conversion to switchable PPIMV, i.e. switchable global master via foot switch.
