Only 20 were built in 2001 to pay tribute to the victims and heroes of September 11.

On the back of the headstock it says:

None of them ever was sold, there are only pictures of one other guitar in a private collection on the WWW.
This one not only proudly bears the Stars & Stripes design on an Olympic-white body, but also the personal signature of Bill Schultz, the legendary Fender CEO.
