1992 Gibson – Explorer + Drop D Tuner – ID 5981

This 1992 Explorer impresses with a rich, full-bodied tone, a very comfortable weight, and excellent playability. A DiMarzio DP155 Tone Zone is installed at the bridge, delivering rich output, plenty of punch, and harmonic overtones, while the Gibson humbucker at the neck produces warm clean tones and singing leads. A Schaller Drop-D tuner allows you to quickly switch to Drop-D tuning—the ideal guitar for rock and lower notes.
The guitar is in used condition with a few minor dings and scratches and comes in its original brown Gibson case. Its handle has been replaced, and one of the bottom corners is damaged (plywood and Tolex).
