The mid-1970s produced some exceptionally great-sounding Telecasters, and this one definitely falls into that category.
The ash body delivers the classic, powerful Tele twang with tight bass and brilliant highs. The original pickup combination delivers everything you'd expect from a classic vintage Tele: punchy bridge tones with plenty of attack and a warm, balanced neck pickup for blues, country, and jazz.
Of particular note is the professional refret with medium-jumbo frets performed by André Waldenmaier (Staufer Guitars). This makes the guitar much more comfortable to play and ideal for everyday use.
The Halston pickup has been professionally waxed; the tone pot and string ferrules have been replaced, and the nut has likely been replaced as well. All of these measures are designed to enhance reliability and playability without compromising the authentic vintage character.

An authentic vintage Telecaster with excellent playability, a classic '70s sound, and professionally executed upgrades.
