The manufacturer states: The NOwaxx Retro Series makes use of vintage materials from days gone by. Humbuckers from 1959 are characterized by a very "direct" and "mellow"—or, one might say, "woodsy"—sound. The material used is quite high-quality; specifically, the original wire—a plain enamel wire typical of the 1950s—is used. An AlNiCo5 magnet and the internal pine spacers are required.
This pickup upgrade turns the LP into a truly special guitar—and to match , the knob controls go up to "11," so you can really "turn it up a notch" here .
